A SMALL CHANGE IN TECHNIQUE CAN EQUATE TO A HUGE CHANGE IN RESULTS.

I believe intentionality matters. Growing up running track I learned that the way to win wasn’t always by working harder, but rather working smarter and different than your competition.

In 1968 a weak lanky engineering student with no practice and mix matched shoes went on to win gold at the olympics and change the course of the high jump forever.

Because he couldn’t jump the same way as every other athlete, he used math to figure out that by arching his back he could get his body higher than jumping and throwing his legs over the bar. This simple change in technique allowed him to jump higher than any other athlete. He won a gold medal and changed the sport forever. Now this is the only way athletes jump.

I wanted to bring this same approach to advertising. At Track and Field we believe that efficiency and intentionality matters at every point of the customer journey. We use data to develop strategy and inform our approach.

There’s always something to be learned, always something that can be done better, and always customers to win. We don’t accept things just because it's the way they are. A simple change in technique can equate to a huge change in results, success, and performance.

Let's win together,
